Payment Terms Bookings can be submitted at any stage prior to the event, subject to availability. All bookings submitted by email, or over the phone are subject to these booking conditions. Upon completion and return of registration form, full payment is required no later than 14 business days from, the date of invoice. All payments must be prior to the event or within 14 days of booking, whichever is the sooner. Payment must be received prior to the event date. Wehive reserve the right to refuse admission to the event if payment has not been received prior to the event date. You may make substitutions at any time provided that you advice Wehive of the details in advance. All changes to bookings must be received in writing to: [email protected]

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will incur an administration fee of 20% of the full amount. For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event, the full delegate rate must be paid, and no refunds will be possible. Wehive reserves the right to alter the published event program at any time. All speakers are correct at the time of printing, and any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the event web page as soon as possible. Wehive shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this Masterclass is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders the performance of this event impracticable, illegal, or impossible, but will make every effort to reschedule the Masterclass within 4 months, during which delegate tickets for the original event will remain valid. For the purpose of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, terrorism, labor strike, extreme weather, or other emergency.
