Payment Terms
Bookings may be submitted at any time prior to the event, subject to availability. All bookings, whether submitted online, by email or by telephone, are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Full payment must be received within 14 calendar days of the invoice date or before the first day of the masterclass, whichever is earlier. Wehive reserves the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received before the event date.
Substitutions may be made at any time, provided that Wehive is notified in advance with full delegate details. All booking changes must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations received in writing 14 or more calendar days before the first day of the masterclass will incur an administration fee of 20% of the full delegate fee. Cancellations received fewer than 14 calendar days before the first day of the masterclass are non-refundable, and the full delegate fee will remain payable. Wehive reserves the right to amend the published event programme at any time. All speakers are confirmed at the time of publication. Any substitutions or changes will be updated on the event webpage as soon as possible.
Wehive shall not be liable if the masterclass is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labour disputes, extreme weather or other emergencies. In such cases, Wehive will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the masterclass within four (4) months, and delegate registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
